Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take and what is the cost?

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

Economy Delivery – £3.50 or FREE on orders £30+

  • Dispatched via Evri (or Royal Mail 2nd Class if the parcel is small/thin enough to fit through a letterbox).
  • Dispatch time: 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery within 4–7 working days.
  • FREE on all orders £30 or more – just select ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout.

Standard Delivery – £4.95

  • Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
  • Orders placed before 2pm dispatched same day.
  • Delivery aim: 1–2 working days.
  • Signature required on delivery.

Express Delivery – £7.95

  • Dispatched the same day (before 2pm) via:
  • Orders placed on Friday are delivered Monday.
  • For Saturday delivery, please contact us for a price.

Click & Collect – FREE

  • Collect from our Leek, Staffordshire shop.
  • Ready for collection within 2 hours of ordering (during shop opening hours).
  • We’ll contact you if your item is unavailable – please check your emails before visiting.
What is 'Click & Collect'?

Our Click & Collect service is perfect for local customers or those planning a visit to Leek, Staffordshire.

You can order and pay online, then collect your items from our shop at a time that suits you.

Collection Times:

  • Monday to Friday: 10am – 4.30pm
  • Saturday: 9.30am – 4.30pm
  • First Sunday of each month: 10.30am – 2.30pm

Please allow at least 2 hours between placing your order and collection. This gives us time to process your order and check stock levels in the shop.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your junk folder or feel free to message us to confirm your order is ready before heading over.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you buy from Bibelot – but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

Contact Us First

If you need to return something, you need to email us at orders@bibelot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order (our cooling off period).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Once approved, returns must reach us within 14 days of your return request.
  • You’ll receive a full refund, excluding any original delivery charges.
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is damaged or faulty).

We recommend using recorded delivery, retain proof of postage and insuring your parcel for it's full value, as Bibelot cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Items Excluded from Returns (unless faulty):

  • Earrings, cosmetics, and toiletries (for hygiene reasons)
  • Made-to-order or personalised products
  • Fabric and haberdashery cut to order

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Orders

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Bibelot.co.uk please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email: orders@bibelot.co.uk or phone us on 01538 388764

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

How do I contact you?

Our bricks and mortar shop is currently open Monday – Friday 10am – 4.30pm and Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm. Please note - we're closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays (open first Sunday of the month - 10.30am-2.30pm). If you have a problem you can call us on 01538 388764. Please note during busy periods we may be unable to answer your call, if this is the case please try again or message us via the 'Get in Touch' page

Discount Vouchers

Please note – we do not use any third party companies for our discount codes.

We do occasionally have discount codes available – these will only be found either:

  • On the homepage of our website
  • On our Facebook page
  • On our Instagram page
  • On an email from us when you are signed up to our mailing list
Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers in our bricks and mortar shop. We can fill these out to any amount and they are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you would like a gift voucher via mail order please contact us. We hope to add an online gift voucher option to our website soon.

Where are you located?

We are located in Leek a small market town on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Our address is; Bibelot, No.2 Sheepmarket, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 5HW.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday – Friday 10am-4.30pm, Saturday 9.30am-4.30pm.

We are also open on the 1st Sunday of each month 10.30am-2.30pm as part of the town’s Totally Locally Sunday Supplement Food and Makers Market.

We are closed on bank holidays Mondays.
