Eco Rascals Bamboo Cup with 2 Bamboo Straws – Yellow

£9.90

Are you looking for a big girl or boy cup but not quite ready for the daily spills over the dining room table or highchair? This is where this Eco Rascals Bamboo Cup with 2 Bamboo Straws – Yellow comes in handy.

Kids absolutely love drinking from a straw (I mean, who doesn’t) but plastic straws are terrible for the environment and paper straws last a matter of a second before they become soggy and pretty useless.

Eco Rascals big cup with silicone topper and two straws is great for making those kids feel grown up without you having to worry about too much mess. Not to mention that drinking from a straw is a great way to develop new facial muscles and improve hand-eye coordination.

The topper is removable which means you can create an abundance of yummy smoothies and juices inside too. The straws are made from natural bamboo stalk and are big enough to suck smoothies through.

This is an ‘at home’ cup and not intended to be a cup on the go.

Care instructions

Like all of our bamboo products, please wash in warm soapy water prior to first use and continue this method after use too. Ensure the cup is completely dry on the drying rack before storing in a cupboard. Always store your cup without the silicone feeder attached.

Do not leave liquid in the cup for longer than 2 hours.

Bamboo doesn’t like to get too hot or too cold so please don’t put it in microwaves, ovens, sterilisers, dishwasher or freezers – It might appear to be coping fine but it’ll last longer if you don’t.

Please supervise children whilst eating and drinking.

Are Bamboo Products Safe For Children?

Eco Rascal’s natural bamboo products are completely non-toxic, hypoallergenic and safe for your children to use. They do not mix their bamboo with any chemicals to change the composition of the materials.

This does not mean, all products that say they are bamboo are safe to use. Make sure you are looking for 100% natural bamboo products rather than products such as bamboo fibre which may be mixed with other chemicals and can be harmful to children.

About Eco Rascals

Eco Rascals are British brand designed to make parents lives easier and kids mealtimes happier. Knowing the frustrations parents and carers face everyday they decided to bring out a wonderful range of super suction plates. No more entire dinners landing on the floor as these super suction bases are not going anywhere. They are glued on to the table and even the strongest and most willing little nipper can’t pull them off. When their eco rascals cups fall over you’ve got time to put them upright before water floods all over the floor.

Their mission, which is the most important of all, was to make these stylish, super suction bowls eco-friendly. Who wants to go to all the trouble of preparing great food and then serve it up on plastic and melamine which could potentially leech toxins into your kids food?

Plastic is quickly becoming a worldwide no no. We all know that nearly every piece of plastic made today is still on the earth. It’s floating in our oceans and endangering our wildlife or  its on one of those dumping mountains that we’re all so grateful that we don’t live beside – but some people aren’t that fortunate. Plastic wasn’t their answer even though it is much cheaper and quicker to manufacturer.

Instead, they went on the hunt for a sustainable alternative. Which is when they stumbled across bamboo. The fastest growing plant in the world which is grown and harvested without the use of pesticides.

⁣Okay, it loses points for not being able to chuck in the dishwasher but that’s small price to pay to protect our planet and ensure that your kids are eating from something non-toxic. They’re also super easy to clean in warm soapy water and can be left to rack dry.
