We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Please contact us for shipping rates if you are outside of the UK.
Economy shipping – £3.50 – Your item will be dispatched via ‘Hermes’ in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Standard shipping – £4.95 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched via ‘Royal mail 1st Class Signed For’ the same day on a 1-2 working day service (a signature upon delivery will be needed if you choose this method).
Express delivery – £7.95 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ guaranteed next day (excluding Saturdays). If you place your order on Friday you will receive it on Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery please contact us for a price.
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £30. If your order is £30 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. Please note – you must select ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout to activate this method. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days. If you would like to upgrade to a faster delivery option you can do this at the checkout.
We also offer a ‘Click & Collect’ service. You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from store in Leek, Staffordshire at your convenience. Please let us know when you plan on collecting your order by adding a message at check-out. Please allow 2 hours from ordering to collection (if the item you have ordered is out of stock in store this will give us time to contact you before you visit the shop, so please check your emails before setting out!).
Orders can be collected from our shop Monday - Saturday from 10.00am - 4.30pm.
You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from our store in Leek at your convenience.
Please let us know when you plan on collecting your order by adding a message at check-out. Please allow 2 hours from ordering to collection (if the item you have ordered is out of stock in store this will give us time to contact you before you visit the shop, so please check your emails before setting out!).
We will email you to let you know that your order is ready but sometimes the emails do get lost in cyberspace so if in doubt just send us a quick message to check your order is ready.
We currently only ship to the UK via the website. We are however happy to post to other countries; please contact us with your requirements for a quote on shipping.
Please note – we do not use any third party companies for our discount codes.
We do occasionally have discount codes available – these will only be found either:

- On our Instagram page
- On an email from us when you are signed up to our mailing list
If you wish to cancel an order placed at Bibelot.co.uk please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email: [email protected] or phone us on 01538 388764
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, and therefore request that you follow the return instructions listed below.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records.
*If you have changed your mind about the item you have purchased you can return the item for a refund less the original postage cost. If the item is faulty we will refund postage costs both ways too. Items excluded from this policy are custom made or special orders; cut lengths of fabric, ribbon, elastic etc., pierced earrings, toiletries and cosmetics. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our bricks and mortar shop is currently open Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm. Please note - we're closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you have a problem you can call us on 01538 388764. Please note during busy periods we may be unable to answer your call, if this is the case please try again or message is via the 'contact us' form.

Yes, we sell gift vouchers in our bricks and mortar shop. We can fill these out to any amount and they are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you would like a gift voucher via mail order please contact us. We hope to add an online gift voucher option to our website soon.

We are also open on the 1st Sunday of each month 10.30am – 2.30pm as part of the town’s Totally Locally Sunday Supplement Food and Makers Market.
We are closed on bank holidays.
We are authorised Cath Kidston stockists and carry a large range including bags and accessories, homeware, toiletries and kid’s accessories.. We also stock a selection of Cath Kidston china including the ever popular mugs, unfortunately we cannot sell the larger china items via our website due to postal insurance. We have lots more lovely Cath Kidston stock in our shop so if there is anything you cannot see but would like to purchase please contact us to check availability.
We sell a large range of products in our shop which covers 2 floors of retail space and also have a large haberdashery and craft room where we sell a large range of fabric, wool & accessories, sewing notions, sewing patterns, knitting & crochet patterns, buttons, ribbons, zips and much much more!
We have many more products available to purchase in our shop including cards & gift wrap, toys, Lego minifigures, gifts & accessories. Just think of our website as a very small taster of what we have to offer in store.
