We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £40. If your order is £40 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. Please note – you must select ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout to activate this method.
Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days. If you would like to upgrade to a faster delivery option you can do this at the checkout.
Orders under £40
Economy shipping – £3.50 – Your item will be dispatched via ‘myHermes’ in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service OR via Second Class Signed For postage. Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Standard shipping – £4.95 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched via ‘Royal mail 1st Class Signed For’ within 24 hours on a 1-2 working day service, although we do aim to dispatch the same day if possible. (a signature upon delivery will be needed if you choose this method)
Express delivery – £7.50 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ guaranteed next day (excluding Saturdays). If you place your order on Friday you will receive it on Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery please contact us for a price.
We also offer a ‘Click & Collect’ service. You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from store at your convenience. Please let us know when you plan on collecting your order by adding a message at check-out. Please allow 2 hours from ordering to collection (if the item you have ordered is out of stock in store this will give us time to contact you before you visit the shop, so please check your emails before setting out!).

Standard shipping via Royal Mail First Class Signed For – 3pm Thursday 20th December (please note this item will need signing for).
Express shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery – 3pm Friday 21st December (please note this item will need signing for).
We cannot guarantee shipping via myHermes will reach you in time for Christmas, these are just guides off their website. Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommended as the safest option.
Click & Collect – We are open 9-5pm up until Saturday 22nd December, 10.30am – 2.30pm Sunday 23rd December and 9am – 2pm Christmas Eve. All Click and Collect orders must be placed 2 hours before our final closing time and collected by 2pm Christmas Eve if needed for Christmas.
Once your item is posted we can no longer control delivery times etc – if you want your parcel for a certain date please contact us to let us know so we can pay a speedy visit to the post office or discuss other shipping methods to ensure you get your parcel on time!

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this, it is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
We will process your order and deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding non – delivery.
Please note – as we also have a bricks and mortar shop, occasionally items listed on the website as ‘in stock’ sell out in the shop – at the moment we have to manually alter stock amounts on the website so if we do not have chance to alter stock levels straight away an item you purchase might be sold out, we do try to avoid this happening where possible. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative product or give you the option to cancel part or all of the order.
