Your Delivery Options
This is subject to change depending on government guidelines but if we cannot fulfil an order we will send a full refund.We have reduced our free shipping to orders over £30 but you must select this option at the checkout. We are shipping to the UK only until further notice.
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands), Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Please contact us for shipping rates if you are outside of the UK.
We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £40. If your order is £40 or over your item will be delivered free via economy shipping, this means your order will be dispatched in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service. Please note – you must select ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout to activate this method.
Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days. If you would like to upgrade to a faster delivery option you can do this at the checkout.
Orders Under £40
Economy shipping – £3.50 – Your item will be dispatched via ‘Hermes’ in 1-2 days on a 3-4 day service OR via Second Class Postage (this is only for small items which can be sent as a large letter). Typically your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Standard shipping – £4.95 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched via ‘Royal mail 1st Class Signed For’ the same day on a 1-2 working day service (a signature upon delivery will be needed if you choose this method).
Express delivery – £7.50 – Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ guaranteed next day (excluding Saturdays). If you place your order on Friday you will receive it on Monday. If you would like Saturday delivery please contact us for a price.
We also offer a ‘Click & Collect’ service. You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from store at your convenience. Please let us know when you plan on collecting your order by adding a message at check-out. Please allow 2 hours from ordering to collection (if the item you have ordered is out of stock in store this will give us time to contact you before you visit the shop, so please check your emails before setting out!).
Once your item is posted we can no longer control delivery times etc – if you want your parcel for a certain date please contact us to let us know so we can pay a speedy visit to the post office or discuss other shipping methods to ensure you get your parcel on time!
Please note working days are classed as Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. Your order represents an offer to you to purchase from us. Please carefully check the email and notify us straight away of any errors at email@example.com. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this, it is only then that we accept your offer and a contract is formed which we are bound to fulfil.
Please note – as we also have a bricks and mortar shop, occasionally items listed on the website as ‘in stock’ sell out in the shop – we have an integrated system which links the shop stock to website stock but during busy periods we might sell an item in the shop before it is collected for a web order, we do try to avoid this happening where possible but unfortunately it is not always possible. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative product or give you the option to cancel part or all of the order.
Help the Environment
To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.
We will process your order and deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with any queries regarding non – delivery.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but we realise that on occasion you may want to return items that you have purchased.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way you can return your unwanted item to Bibelot unused and in its original packaging and/or with original tags attached within 14 days (our cooling off period) for a full refund (not including postage and packing if paid).

Return postage is at the cost of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
Bibelot cannot be held responsible for return packages which are lost or damaged before reaching us. We recommend that you send the item via recorded delivery, retain proof of postage and insure the item for its full value.
Exclusions – Please note that certain items cannot be returned to us unless damaged or faulty:
Earrings and toiletries – In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings, toiletries and cosmetics. Your statutory rights are not affected.
